These terms and conditions will apply to EVERY driving lesson you will receive. I require you to send me an email of your acceptance and adherence to them before your lessons can commence. If you are under 18, I will require this consent from your parents / guardian.
(1) Your lesson MUST be prepaid before you enter the vehicle.
You can pay by online banking using sort code 09-01-28 account number 80325472 - or by cash.
(2) Cancellations must be notified to instructor at least 24 hours before the booked lesson or full cost of lesson is payable.
(3) The instructor reserves the right not to proceed with a lesson or to stop a lesson if it is felt the pupil is under the influence of drugs or alcohol; the full fee would still be payable.
(4) It is the pupils responsibility to notify their instructor of any changes in their health/eyesight/loss of licence etc.
that may prevent them from legally taking lessons.
(5) This driving school reserves the right to change/withdraw special offers.
